It makes it possible for the seniors to live independently at home. With Homecare, you have the liberty to choose a provider and get the required care. There are different options and levels to Homecare depending on the extent of care needed. If the initial assessment shows that a homecare package is the best for you, an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) will visit your home and determine the level of service you need.
